Position Overview

The Clinical Account Manager plays a pivotal role in launching new hospital initiatives and fostering organic growth within our existing hospital client base. This integral position involves delivering ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff, leveraging clinical knowledge to drive expansion.

The CAM must be located in the Pittsburgh area - please no remote applicants

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate the expansion of Ceribell adoption within acute and critical care centers already engaged as customers.
  • Collaborate with the local Territory Manager to introduce Ceribell to new hospital clients.
  • Spearhead the introduction of new products and technologies to existing customers.
  • Facilitate the expansion of Ceribell adoption within acute and critical care centers already engaged as customers.

  • Timely submission of all required reports and training documentation.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure strict adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and Ceribell policies.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless Ceribell product deployment in customer locations.

Target Outcomes:

Outcome 1: Drive new and organic growth

  • Increase the percentage in the number of acute and critical care centers within the existing customer base that have adopted Ceribell’s technology
  • Successful Ceribell product launches at new customer sites as measured against predefined criteria
  • Percentage increase in the adoption of departmental expansion within the current install base

Outcome 2: Clinical Training and Education

  • Percentage of physicians, hospital personnel and office staff successful trained on the merits and usage of our products
  • Feedback and assessment scores from clinical teams after training sessions, indicating the level of comprehension and confidence in product usage

Outcome 3: Reporting and Administration

  • Utilization rate of Salesforce.com for managing administrative task and docu

Outcome 4: Achieve hiring goal in partnership with the CAMLeadership and Talent Team

  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit for the role Work with Talent Team on a regular basis to ensure hiring goals are met
  • Hire top talent
  • Drive the growth and development of exceptional CAMs

Desired Experience and/or Education

  • 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience, or 5 years of medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience, or RNs with industry experience supporting sales teams.
  • Proven experience engaging with diverse stakeholders (physicians, management, administration), including participation in hospital-wide committees
  • A driven and coachable individual with an innate desire for success, open to seeking coaching, accepting feedback, and implementing new skills to drive measurable change.
  • Demonstrated grit and high integrity in all professional pursuits.
  • Bonus points for start-up experience or familiarity with disruptive technology, medical device experience, clinical exposure to neuro ICU, and sales acumen.
