Position Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a sourcing expert who thrives on building robust, long-term talent pipelines for highest priority and hard-to-fill roles across G&A and Tech. You will manage the entire recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance, with a specific emphasis on proactive, high-volume outbound sourcing and cultivating talent communities.

What you'll achieve

Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development

  • Lead the development and execution of advanced sourcing strategies to build robust, qualified pipelines for niche and high-priority roles, across departments.
  • Conduct sophisticated research and market mapping to identify target companies, talent pools, and passive candidates.
  • Maximize the use of all sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized databases, and advanced Boolean/Semantic search techniques.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with passive candidates through engaging, personalized outreach campaigns and ongoing talent community management.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Management

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for a dedicated portfolio of roles, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers during intake meetings to develop a deep understanding of role requirements, team needs, and the ideal candidate profile.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, compensation guidance, and data-driven recruiting strategy recommendations.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screens to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
  • Manage offer negotiation and closing, ensuring a positive final experience.

Data & Process Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics, including Time-to-Fill (TTF), Source of Hire (SoH), and pipeline conversion rates to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain impeccable data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM to ensure accurate reporting and sourcing segmentation.
  • Provide market intelligence to the leadership team regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive dynamics.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a heavy emphasis on outbound sourcing for high-growth or specialized industries (e.g., Tech, Med Device, SaaS).
  • Proven expertise in building and maintaining long-term talent pipelines.
  • Expert proficiency in advanced Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS (Greenhouse) management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage up to 10+ requisitions simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with senior-level hiring managers.
  • Experience working in a rapidly scaling startup or growth-stage company.
  • Preferred Experience recruiting within Med Device, AI, Engineering sectors.
  • Prior experience training fellow Recruiters on best-in-class sourcing techniques is a plus.
Compensation Range
$150,000$160,000 USD

A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
