As a Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the development and day-to-day execution of all areas of our marketing strategies, ensuring its successful implementation. We are seeking a seasoned and versatile professional with a proven track record in managing diverse marketing channels, leveraging data for optimization, and consistently delivering measurable results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to reach and engage our targeted audience and achieve business goals.
- Manage, optimize and track SEO/SEM activities, including keyword research, technical SEO, backlink strategies, etc.
- Ensure the website is regularly updated and consistent with our brand image. Track and analyze website analytics, devising strategies to optimize website traffic and conversion.
- Identify areas of improvement in the conversion funnel, employing A/B testing, user journey analysis, and automation to improve conversion rates.
- Plan and execute lead-generation strategies, including email marketing campaigns, affiliate marketing programs and paid advertising.
- Nurture partnerships to expand the brand's reach and customer base.
- Measure and report on all marketing activities. Make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and other relevant platforms.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, paid advertising
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Experience in B2B marketing. Understanding of the dynamics of B2B customer acquisition, lead generation, and nurturing.
- An ideal candidate will have prior experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
- Both English and Mandarin proficiency are required to effectively communicate and collaborate in a bilingual work environment.
