- Developer outreach:
- Build an active developer network and promote Cobo's wallet platform and developer tools
- Organize events (in-house as well as jointly with partners) including developer conferences, workshops, webinars, hackathons
- Attend and present at industry conferences and meetups to engage with developers
- Developer community management:
- Manage and grow developer communication channels such as Discord, forums, etc
- Act as a technical point of contact for developers, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues
- Developer onboarding:
- Manage the developer journey from website to documentation to tools
- Create developer onboarding materials such as guides, demos, video tutorials, blog posts, and other technical documentation
- Capture and share relevant developer insights and industry developments with our internal teams including product, engineering, sales
- 3+ years of experience in developer relations or similar roles
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology and developer communities
- Think like a developer and have a passion for delivering a seamless developer experience
- Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability to distil complex technical concepts into easy to understand explanations
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
- Experience as a software engineer or blockchain engineer highly preferred
