Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans. Assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to formulate effective strategies.
  • Responsible for streamlining and optimizing sales processes to be more efficient and effective, which includes lead generation, lead management, sales pipeline management, and order processing.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the sales process. Maintain sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
  • Play a key role in sales forecasting by analyzing historical sales data and market trends to make accurate revenue predictions.
  • Assess, implement, and manage sales technology, such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, sales automation tools, and data analytics software.
  • Involved in designing and managing sales compensation plans, bonuses, and incentives to motivate the sales team and align their efforts with organizational goals.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
  • At least 5 years experience in Sales Operation or relevant scope. Prior experience in a sales or management role is a must.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills are essential for analyzing sales data, performance metrics, and forecasting.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary to work with sales teams and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
  • Proficiency in working with CRM software and other sales technology tools is important, as these tools are central to sales operations.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives is crucial for overseeing various aspects of sales operations.
  • Have a strategic mindset and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies and process improvements.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are valuable for managing and motivating the sales operations team.
