Job Responsibilities:

Developer community management:

• Manage and grow developer communication channels such as Discord, forums, etc
• Act as a technical point of contact for developers, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues

Developer outreach:

• Build an active developer network and promote Cobo’s WaaS platform and developer tools
• Attend and present at industry conferences and meetups to engage with developers

Developer onboarding:

• Manage the developer journey from website to documentation to tools
• Create developer onboarding materials such as guides, demos, video tutorials, blog posts, and other technical documentation
• Capture and share relevant developer insights and industry developments with our internal teams including product, engineering, sales

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in developer relations or similar roles
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and developer communities
• Think like a developer and have a passion for delivering a seamless developer experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Ability to distil complex technical concepts into easy to understand explanations
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Experience as a software engineer or blockchain engineer highly preferred
