Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Cobo's custodian products tailored to fund clients.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with key players in the DeFi ecosystem, including wallets, exchanges, and protocols.
  • Negotiate and execute business contracts with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Stay well-informed about the latest advancements in the DeFi industry and share innovative ideas and prospects with the team.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our custodian products.
  • Engage with the DeFi community through various communication channels, including social media, to build awareness and foster relationships.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of both the company and the broader DeFi ecosystem.
  • Provide valuable input to shape our product roadmap, ensuring it meets the needs of fund clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance or related fields is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or investment, with a must-have experience in the blockchain industry. Experience in trade finance is a plus.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, able to build good relationships with partners from different backgrounds.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to effectively organize and coordinate resources from multiple parties to ensure successful project completion.
  • Ability to analyze markets and collect competitive intelligence, skilled at identifying business opportunities and challenges.
  • Strong interest in digital assets and blockchain technology, and keep up with industry trends.
  • Fluency in English is preferred, able to conduct business communication and write documents in English.
