售后工程师和客户成功经理紧密合作，负责为客户提供技术支持、故障排除和维护工作，确保客户的问题能够得到及时解决和处理，帮助提升客户满意度。

岗位职责：

• 为客户提供售后技术支持，解答客户在使用产品过程中遇到的技术问题。
• 快速诊断并解决客户遇到的技术故障，确保问题得到及时有效的解决。
• 为客户提供产品使用方面的技术沟通和培训，确保基础技术问题得到快速解决。
• 收集和整理客户反馈，将客户的意见和建议反馈给相关部门，推动产品和服务的改进和优化。
  
  

任职要求：

• 3年以上售后服务或技术支持相关工作经验，具备 SaaS 售后服务经验者优先。
• 熟悉区块链技术及相关产品，了解SaaS系统的运作和维护优先。
• 具备良好的故障排除和问题解决能力。
• 熟练掌握以下语言中的两种或以上：Python、Go、Java、PHP、Java Script。能够熟练使用各种技术支持工具。
• 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识，英文和普通话沟通流畅
• 具备团队合作精神，能够在压力下工作。
• 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速掌握新知识和新技能。
