Job Responsibilities:

  • Offer accurate and timely counsel on a variety of legal topics (marketing, partnerships, custody, international ventures, product management, etc.)
  • Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business plans and operations and provide creative structuring opinions on business collaboration/innovative business
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to faciliate existing business and new business, ensure the company's full legal rights and business collaboration/partnership;
  • Work independently to determine the method legally in offering products and services without regulatory breaching/implications.
  • Conducting training , advisory, and bespoke risk management solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Law or other related principle
  • Minimum 5 years' PQE gained as an in-house lawyer with an MNC or with a reputable commercial law firm. Digital or IT experience is a plus.
  • Experience running multiple, high-priority projects and advancing complex projects.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-solving prowess with excellent legal and business judgment.
  • Knowledge or personal exposure in block-chain and/or cryptocurrency will be considered an advantage.
  • Employment Law knowledge will also be taken as a plus.
