Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop talent recruitment strategies based on business needs, efficiently implement recruitment processes to meet the staffing requirements of various departments.
  2. Ensure the execution of recruitment policies, effectively manage and optimize recruitment channels, and provide reasonable suggestions for the company's talent strategy.
  3. Utilize mapping methods to understand the talent market, select and maintain a talent pool for the company through effective operation.
  4. Conduct in-depth analysis of positions, responsible for specific recruitment tasks in related departments, including talent sourcing, interview selection, and hiring processes.
  5. Participate in the optimization of the recruitment system, improve recruitment efficiency, enhance employer brand image, and elevate candidate experience.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university, with 3 years of external recruitment agency exposure, or at least 2 years of in-house recruitment experience.
  2. Familiar with fundamental knowledge across the HR field, capable of independently overseeing the smooth progress of the entire recruitment process.
  3. Proficient in recruitment process management and techniques, possessing excellent communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated awareness of systematically solving specific, abstract problems, with a strong understanding of business and insight.
  5. Strong self-motivation, a sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit, and strong adaptability, learning ability, and stress resistance.
  6. Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English, candidates with overseas recruitment experience are preferred.
