Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters; Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients; Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Present and demonstrate new products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account plans.
- Share insights and knowledge with clients to help them navigate the digital asset landscape.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3years of working experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or relevant role in the digital asset or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of digital asset custody solutions and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and commitment to client satisfaction.
