Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our Data-Driven Operations and Growth team. This role focuses on data analysis, trend forecasting, and data mining to drive operational efficiency and business growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data to make strategic decisions and has experience in the fintech or digital asset industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations and growth.
  • Use statistical methods and machine learning techniques to identify trends and patterns in data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and optimize processes.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methods to evaluate the impact of changes and new initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and digital asset management.
  • Support the development and deployment of data-driven models and algorithms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the fintech or digital asset industry is a plus.
