Job Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted candidate searches using various platforms, including LinkedIn,internal recruiting system, and other international websites.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct initial outreach to potential candidates.
• Interview scheduling and recruitment data analytics work.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong English language skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting.
