Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead and scale Cobo’s marketing efforts globally. You will be responsible for building a full-stack marketing function that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, digital growth expertise, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of both Web3 and Enterprise marketing landscapes.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Define and drive a cohesive global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives (pipeline growth, brand awareness, product adoption)
- Partner with C-level leadership, Sales, Product teams to align marketing priorities with go-to-market goals
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
- Own performance marketing (SEO/SEM, paid social, retargeting, conversion funnels)
- Design and optimize campaigns to drive MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contributions
- Deploy data analytics and attribution models to track ROI
Product & Content Marketing
- Collaborate with product teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and launch plans
- Oversee the creation of high-impact collateral
- Ensure messaging clarity across institutional, developer, and enterprise audiences
Brand & Thought Leadership
- Elevate Cobo’s brand as a category leader in digital asset custody and blockchain infrastructure
- Drive PR, events, and media engagement to build executive presence and trust
- Manage and refine visual identity, tone of voice, and brand consistency globally
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns around product launches, partnerships, and events
- Align content, design, and digital teams to deliver high-converting campaigns
- Develop clear timelines, budgets, and success metrics for all major initiatives
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 to 15 years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior or leadership role
- Proven success in growth and digital marketing within fintech, SaaS, or blockchain
- Deep experience in building and managing high-performance marketing teams
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with campaign metrics, funnel KPIs, and marketing attribution
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management ability
- Startup mentality: resourceful, adaptive, execution-oriented
- Experience in the crypto/Web3 ecosystem and understanding of blockchain infrastructure
