Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Location: Tolochenaz
Reports To: Finance Director
Contract: Temporary – 8 months
Targeted start date: May 2025
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the budget forecasting process for FY26, providing iterative updates as required and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align on sales bookings and sales forecasts, ensuring financial forecasts are accurate and reflect the latest sales performance.
Ensure adherence to financial reporting requirements, maintaining compliance across various financial processes.
Work on monthly and quarterly financial reporting to management.
Provide financial expertise and support to the Finance Director, assisting with answering financial questions during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other strategic meetings.
Deliver data-driven insights to support business strategy and decision-making, leveraging financial analysis to drive improvements in operational efficiency and profitability.
Manage financial operations across three regions with distinct ERP systems, ensuring streamlined processes and accurate reporting.
Profile:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or financial planning & analysis, preferably in a multinational environment.
Fluency in English
Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.
Experience working with ERP systems and cross-functional teams across different regions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data to senior leadership.
Ability to navigate complex financial environments with multiple currencies and ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
