We are excited to announce an opportunity for an accomplished Marketing Manager to drive our brand strategy and execution for Bio-Techne's portfolio of life sciences solutions. This essential role will be responsible for developing and implementing brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty while aligning with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Shape brand messaging and positioning across diverse portfolios in sync with the corporate brand strategy.
Collaborate with various teams, including product management, sales, creative services, and analytics, to design and execute impactful, customer-centric brand marketing campaigns that generates positive brand sentiment.
Utilize market research and insights to understand and track brand performance, customer needs, and industry trends.
Create compelling brand-level content to enhance customer engagement and drive brand visibility.
Effectively project manage campaign execution, monitor budget and measure campaign performance using key performance indicators for continuous improvement.
Cultivate relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, look, and voice across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or a background in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or a related discipline.
4+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, market development, or a related field.
Prior experience in the life science industry is highly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in leading the development and execution of brand marketing strategies through multi-channel campaigns including the utilization of web, digital marketing, social media, and tradeshows.
Strong understanding of the customer journey, content strategies and solid analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, adept at leading without direct authority across multiple functions and geographies.
Proactive, motivational, and influential individual ready to take on the leadership of high visibility projects.
