Pay Range:

$18.40 - $25.30

Interpersonal Skills

  • Timely and appropriate communication to the customer but with some supervision
  • Often provides feedback to the info provider when seeking assistance (closing the loop)
  • Minimum required content provided in communications
  • Willingness to ask for help in a timely fashion
  • Ability to effectively work and problem solve with peers while training
  • Clear and concise communication in multiple channels.

Analytical/ Problem Solving Skills

  • Basic problem-solving skills for order entry and management
  • Can independently find order information from documentation and systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot routine issues independently

Role Model Leadership

  • Ability to recognize personal learning opportunities and seek help
  • Works well within functional group
  • Able to identify where there is a problem and promote a case or order for escalation

Essential Technical and Business Skills

  • Understands and performs essential tasks with supervision
  • Ability to consistently follow and complete documented procedures
  • Active compliance with all levels of necessary training
  • Basic knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Competent typing/word processing skills.
  • Accurate data entry from customer orders.
