Pay Range:

$18.40 - $25.30

The responsibilities of this position are to grow/maintain the customer base, which includes answering questions regarding product availability, production schedules and collaborating with the appropriate internal departments to obtain answers to customer inquiries. Employees must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Follow team schedule

  • Understand and follow SOP’s (standard operating procedures) and WI (work instructions) as assigned in Compliance Wire

    • Complete all compliance trainings as assigned

    • Understand SOPs of other departments within the division

  • Intermediate knowledge of ERP system including:

    • Processing new orders in applicable ERP Systems

    • Processing replacement orders

    • Proofing of other teammates orders

  • Initiating complaints with technical support within 24 hours of receipt

  • Support customers with general inquiries

  • Send customers production schedule

  • Manages time well and will put in extended time as needed

  • Ability use Microsoft Office Suite products

  • Consistently demonstrate meeting quality requirements in daily work

  • Knowledge of work performed by the department and learning how to perform multiple functions within the department

  • Demonstrates an increasing level of independence in daily work tasks

  • Flexibility to work on multiple tasks with increased effectiveness

    • Work may change from day-to-day within reasonable and expected boundaries

  • Demonstrates EPIC values in daily work

  • High level of communication inter-departmentally and with customers

  • May be expected to support other departments

  • Being flexible by completing other duties as assigned
