Reports To: Senior Regional Marketing Manager EMEA

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany (3 days a week office based)

Position Summary

The Regional Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of marketing programs across the EMEA region to drive awareness, demand, and customer engagement for Bio‑Techne’s portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional Market development, global product marketing, sales, and marketing operations teams to localize campaigns, coordinate promotions, develop content, and ensure consistent brand execution across all customer-facing channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the life science research market along with strong skills in marketing and campaign deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Localization

  • Support the rollout of tactics and multi-channel marketing campaigns across EMEA, including email, social media, webinars, landing pages and digital advertising via direct and indirect channels.

  • Localize global marketing assets to ensure regional relevance (languages, regulations, product focus, market and strategic preferences).

  • Assist in the creation of audience-targeted content such as landing pages, email banners, paid social copy, and customer testimonial materials.

  • Coordinate regional promotions, pricing communications, and regionalization of product launches.

Digital & Demand Generation

  • Contribute to demand creation activities, including lead-generation campaigns, segmentation lists, and nurture flows.

  • Create, update and optimize webpages, metadata, SEO content, and social posts to maximize reach and relevance.

  • Assist with execution and monitoring of A/B testing for digital tactics to enhance reach and engagement.

Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Track campaign performance and help prepare regional marketing reports and monthly KPI updates.

  • Monitor tactic performance, customer engagement, and promotion uptake across the region.

  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure all actions align with GDPR and internal compliance frameworks.

Brand Governance

  • Ensure consistent use of Bio‑Techne brand guidelines across all EMEA markets and languages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally within life sciences, biotechnology, or B2B technical markets.

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) to support regional and global communication needs.

  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Folloze, or similar platforms.

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling marketing content.

  • A solid understanding of GDPR and best practices for compliant marketing communications.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as required.
